Just wrapped up this laundry room transformation 🧺🔥

We started by removing an old, unused tub and tearing out the outdated linoleum flooring to open the space up. Then we installed new LVP flooring, a full run of shaker-style cabinets for plenty of storage, and finished it off with granite countertops and a fresh coat of paint.

Now it’s a clean, functional space with plenty of workspace and storage that actually makes sense.

Full transformation on this one 🔥

This structure was originally built by someone else, but the posts and beams weren’t right. We came in, corrected all the structural issues, reset everything solid, and added the railings to clean it up.

Came back recently to stain the entire build, and it completely brought it to life.

On top of that, we custom built this table around the post and installed tile in the top to give it a unique, finished look that really stands out.

From fixing what wasn’t right… to turning it into a space the client can actually enjoy.

✨ Bathroom Transformation! ✨

This small bathroom used to have a tight, low-height shower that leaked and went mostly unused. We completely gutted the space, removed the old shower enclosure, and built a custom tiled shower that makes the most of every inch.

We installed large-format tile throughout, updated the flooring, and gave the whole space a fresh, clean foundation. Once it gets new crown, base, and a fresh coat of paint, this bathroom will be completely finished and looking sharp.

Before & After Shower Remodel
We removed this old cracked shower insert and replaced it with a brand new custom tile shower. The walls feature large marble-look tiles paired with a hexagon mosaic tile floor for a clean, modern finish. Once the room gets a fresh coat of paint, this bathroom will be completely transformed!

🏚️ Structural Repair & Rot Fix 🛠️

What looked like a small siding issue turned into a major structural problem. The corner was rotted out, and the roof had started to drop, stressing the carport.

We jacked up the roof, rebuilt the corner framing, and installed a new support beam to bring it all back to level and safe. Once everything was solid, we reinstalled the original siding to match it back up perfectly without changing the home’s look.

Always check when something looks off — small signs can mean big issues behind the wall.

We completely demoed this outdated shower surround and gave it a fresh new look with crisp, modern tilework. The old mismatched panels and damaged walls are gone—replaced with clean white subway tile for a timeless, durable finish.

Just a few trim and faucet touch-ups left, and this space will be good as new!
