KIDS ARE BACK TO SCHOOL. SPORTS SCHEDULES ARE OUT. PRACTICES, GAMES, HOMEWORK, WORK, DINNER, AND SOMEHOW 14 DIFFERENT GROUP CHATS ARE ALREADY TAKING OVER YOUR LIFE.
So... before your life turns into school drop-offs, practices, games, homework, work, and approximately 47 group texts about who is bringing snacks… BOOK YOUR DAMN HOT TUB. 😂🫧
Luckily, check-in at Wade’s & Co. is easy. You do the easy part. We’ll handle the rest.

1. BOOK ONLINE.
We are ONLINE BOOKING ONLY.
No phone scheduling. No walk-ins. No “I’m already in the parking lot, can you squeeze me in?” 😂
Pick your day, pick your time, answer the questions, and you're done. If you have any questions for us, you can make a note while scheduling your appointment and we will contact you.
2. COMPLETE YOUR FORMS.
Fill everything out completely and accurately.
And please… “?” is not an answer. 😂
We don't need your life story. We just need the information requested so we can properly verify your reservation and keep our facility safe.
3. KEEP A CARD ON FILE.
You may absolutely pay cash when you arrive for your tub time.
Your card will not be charged without your approval/permission, provided all reservation rules are followed.
4. SECURITY DEPOSIT?
If your reservation requires one, take care of it before your appointment. (Securing a deposit is not standard practice at this point in time.)
🚗 WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Park in the front or back, come on in, and check in with us.
We'll verify your reservation (names and ID's please, once we get to know you, you can keep them tucked away unless you are asked to provide), answer any last-minute questions, get you any extra goodies you requested, and show you to your private room.
Your tub will already be:
🫧 Cleaned🧼 Sanitized💧 Filled🔥 Heated — or cooled to your requested temperature😎 Ready for you
THEN…
RELAX. UNWIND. SOAK. REPEAT.
Your only job is to enjoy your hour.
When your appointment is over, shower, dry off, gather your belongings, and head out. We will give you a heads up when its about time to get out.
We handle the dirty work.
Cleaning. Sanitizing. Draining. Refilling. Resetting.
You just leave relaxed and hopefully slightly less irritated with everyone in your life. 😂
🤨 “WHY DO YOU NEED ALL THAT INFORMATION?”
We get it.
Sometimes our booking form looks like we're trying to learn your entire damn genealogy. 😂 We're not, we don't even want to know ours😂. And we're definitely not sitting around reading your information for entertainment.
There is a reason we ask for it.
Wade’s & Co. is a private, appointment-only facility using a shared/public water source, so water quality and sanitation aren't something we can casually wing. Health department seriously frowns upon that, and really so do we in our private and public life.
We take cleaning, sanitation, water testing, maintenance, monitoring, and guest accountability seriously.
Because here's the uncomfortable truth:
You're getting into a body of water that other humans use… with your whole damn self. 😂
Yes.
That includes the parts you normally keep covered.
So we need to know who is using the facility, when they're using it, and who is associated with each reservation.
That helps us:
• Verify reservations and prevent fraudulent bookings
• Maintain accurate guest records
• Contact guests about important reservation issues
• Protect our staff, facility, and equipment
• Address contamination or water-quality concerns
• Maintain appropriate sanitation and safety practices
• Know who is actually using our facility in the event of an emergency
We're not being nosy.
We're being responsible.
🚨 SO PLEASE DON'T MAKE US PLAY DETECTIVE.
We're adults.
Read the questions.
Answer them honestly.
Fill them out completely.
Use accurate information.
Incorrect, incomplete, or mismatched information may prevent us from verifying your reservation — and your appointment will not be scheduled.
We're here to get you IN the hot tub, not spend our day figuring out who the hell you are and what time you can come.
And when you're soaking your naked ass in a hot tub…
“Eh, it'll probably be fine” isn't exactly a sanitation policy.
So:
✅ Book online (we ask for 3 hours advance notice. If there is a day and time, besides Mondays and Tuesdays, you would like that is not available, please utilize the "Waitlist feature" or make a note on your appointment during booking.
✅ Fill out your information correctly
✅ Keep your current card on file
✅ Shower before entering the tubs & after
✅ Follow the rules
✅ Leave the mystery lotions, oils, creams, and questionable bathtub concoctions at home

We get it. Sometimes our booking form feels like we’re trying to learn your entire life story. 😂

We’re not. And we’re definitely not interested in your business.

The information we collect serves a purpose — protecting you, protecting our business, and helping us maintain a safe environment for EVERYONE who uses our facility.

Wade’s & Co. is a private, appointment-only facility using a shared/public water source, which means water quality and sanitation are a serious responsibility. We do our due diligence to maintain the highest standards we can, including proper cleaning, sanitation, water testing, maintenance, and monitoring.

So when the booking form asks a few more questions than your average coffee shop, there’s a reason. We're adults, fill it out right. Fill it out completely. ✔️ Complete any required forms and waivers.
✔️ Keep an active card on file. You can pay cash upon arrival for your tub time, if desired.

When You Arrive
