🌲 OVERGROWN PROPERTY? LET’S TAKE IT BACK.

GEM Services is now offering forestry mulching and property reclamation throughout the Baton Rouge area and surrounding communities.

Our new Loftness Battle Ax setup allows us to tackle:

• Overgrown lots & acreage
• Heavy brush and saplings
• Hunting lanes & access trails
• Fence-line clearing
• Homesite preparation
• Storm-damaged / neglected property
• Selective clearing around mature trees

Unlike traditional clearing, forestry mulching processes vegetation right where it stands — reducing hauling, debris piles, and unnecessary ground disturbance while leaving the property cleaner and more usable.

Whether you have a ½-acre homesite or several acres that have gotten out of control, we can help turn it back into usable property.

Today, I'm excited to announce another chapter in the book...

GEM Aerial Intelligence is coming online, and this will only compound the value delivery giving more control over the final product.

This isn't just taking pictures with a drone.

Using high-resolution photogrammetry, we'll be able to provide:

✅ High-Resolution Orthomosaic Maps
✅ 3D Terrain & Surface Models
✅ Stockpile Volume Calculations
✅ Cut & Fill Estimates
✅ Construction Progress Documentation
✅ Drainage & Erosion Analysis
✅ Property & Land Assessments
✅ Before & After Project Documentation

Whether you're a contractor, engineer, developer, surveyor, landowner, or business owner, this technology provides accurate data that helps make better decisions while saving time and money.

Our goal has always been simple...

Provide professional solutions with professional equipment.

This is another step in that direction.

The new DJI Enterprise platform and dedicated processing workstation are on the way, and I'll be sharing the journey as everything comes online over the next few weeks.

If you think this technology could help your business or your property, I'd love to talk.

Stop paying for new gravel if you don’t actually need it 💸🚫

This driveway already had plenty of material — it was just overgrown, uneven, and not draining right. We reworked what was there and brought it back to life 🔄✨

No trucks dumping gravel 🚛❌
No wasted money 💰
Just doing it the right way ✔️

✔️ Regrade & reshape existing gravel
✔️ Restore proper drainage 💧
✔️ Smooth, clean finish 👌

If your driveway is rough but still has gravel, you’re probably sitting on a fix — not a full replacement 💡
