Once these doors open, you're stepping out onto a second concrete pour that leads directly into the pool. We're talking about a shallow water area right here with steps, a table, chairs, and an umbrella built right into it.

You'll be able to walk straight from the outdoor kitchen... into the water.

We're also tying in a planter feature under the overhang with lighting and drainage, so the whole space feels connected.

It's a lot of coordination now but it's what makes the final result work.

A primary closet with its own second floor.

At Goodwood Manor, a spiral staircase connects two levels of custom cabinetry and storage, with pull-down rods making even the upper sections easily accessible.

Add in the groin-vaulted ceilings and integrated lighting throughout the primary suite, and this is one of those spaces where every detail was worth the extra coordination.

Definitely not your typical closet.

The closet in is next level!

We worked hand-in-hand with the architect to take advantage of attic space and nearly doubled the square footage. What started as a great walk-in turned into a full two story closet. Room for everything, from everyday wear to seasonal storage. Smart layout design, clean ex*****on, and one of the most functional spaces in the house.
