Another one all done!!!

This camp had gone for years without any siding and was definitely showing its age. It had that old, rugged camp look, but the owner wanted to make it a little nicer and give it a fresh new appearance.

He got a hold of me, and I was more than happy to take on the project. I got to work and gave this camp the spruce-up it needed!

The transformation came out amazing! It went from a rough, weathered-looking camp to a clean, attractive place that he can be proud of and enjoy for years to come.

I love taking something that’s been overlooked for years and giving it a whole new look. Another awesome transformation!

Another porch project completed! 🛠️

This customer came to me with a serious settling issue in their back porch and attached room. Over the past couple of years, the structure had settled significantly, so I went in and addressed the problem from the ground up.

I added rock and concrete to create a solid foundation, installed a new concrete footing/beam, and carefully jacked the entire porch and attached room back into place. From there, I installed new support posts and a new beam to provide the structure with the support it needed.

The customer also wanted to replace some of the rotted wood, so I repaired the areas that needed attention while leaving the sections that were still in good condition. To finish everything off, I installed new black metal handrails for a clean, updated look.

Another solid repair, another happy customer! 💪

Very happy customer! 🏡
This project had some rot issues along the bottom of the wall, so I replaced the damaged sheeting and added gutters to help keep the rainwater from bouncing off the ground and back onto the wall. A little prevention now can go a long way toward protecting your home and keeping future repairs to a minimum!

Another Happy Customer! 🏠🔧

A recent customer was preparing to sell their home when a real estate agent identified an issue with the bathroom exhaust fan. The vent was discharging into the attic instead of venting to the exterior of the home, which raised concerns about code compliance.
I was able to provide a solution by installing the proper venting system, cutting and finishing a new exterior vent opening, and ensuring the bathroom exhaust was routed correctly to the outside. The project was completed professionally, helping the homeowner address the concern and move forward with confidence in the sale process.

Hey everyone! I wanted to share a project I wrapped up this evening.

This customer needed handrails installed to meet insurance requirements, but more importantly, to make getting up and down the stairs safer and easier. He liked the classic industrial pipe look, so I custom-cut the rails to size and welded on end caps for a clean, finished appearance.

I also restored a small window with decorative bars that had seen better days at his place while I was there. I repaired and reinforced the frame, added new wood where needed, and secured everything back together for added strength and longevity.

I still have a few final touch-ups to complete once the glue has fully cured, and add a few caps for the posts but I’m very happy with how this project turned out. It’s always rewarding to combine functionality, safety, and a customer’s personal style into one finished product.
