🌟 Employee Spotlight 🌟

A 20-year Arkhola driver, Ernesto Ruano volunteered to mentor Julio Rodriguez after the two met one early morning at a local gas station. Inspired by Ernesto’s professionalism and positive attitude, Julio pursued his commercial driving career, earning his permit, completing the APAC-Central Driving Academy, and joining Arkhola in June 2026.

Since then, Ernesto has continued to support Julio through hands-on training, sharing valuable industry knowledge and helping him build confidence in his new role. Their partnership is a great example of how mentorship, leadership, and a willingness to learn can create opportunities for success.

Last week, we celebrated our annual Truck Rodeo and Family Party! ☔️ Even the rain couldn't dampen our spirits! Our drivers showcased their skills on the driving course, while the kids enjoyed fishing at the pond. 🐟 We wrapped up the day with a delicious catfish lunch and plenty of socializing!
