Questions I Wish Homeowners Asked

* What’s included in installation?

If we remove your window and the sill is rotted- we will fix that. You are paying for the project completed and warrantied, not hours and material.

* How does warranty service work?

We have a service dept who can schedule any service required. Every window also comes with a product code that lets us know everything about that window- color, finish even where it is in the house!

* What happens if measurements are wrong?

We would reorder the window at the correct size and install it asap. I will never promise that everything will be perfect but we are here to work with you. I do my best to make the process as smooth as possible from start to finish.
