If anyone knows anything about the two of us (Shannon & Charla), they know we're pretty opposite in most ways ... but that increasingly turns out to be what works for us.
Shannon's the Handyman, I (Charla) am the Techy-type but together we've aligned on the Rental Venture for the last several years. Our first places were in Missouri. Shortly after landing in Bandera, Texas, we nestled into our home and last year purchsed the house next door to us. Our goal? Well, overall it's to have a place to welcome family and friends when they visit but it's a great, great feeling to have been able to extend our place to new friends as they have chosen 'A Record Place to Stay on AirBNB.

Well, Charla was born in 1983 and so it just seemed fitting! She and Shannon have now been welcoming guests to "A Record Place to Stay" for just over 1 year and it's so lovely to have such positive feedback for the place of respite that's being crafted for each guest, visit after visit.
