As part of our professional development program, this past Saturday we had some of our superintendents and equipment operators out for day 2 of demolition competent person training at Innovative Companies in Annapolis Junction, MD. This training focuses on competent person topics and enables our supervisors to make informed decisions to protect their people, fellow tradespeople, and bystanders at their respective projects. It also assists in elevating our level of sophistication as we strive to improve “The Berg Experience” we deliver to our internal and external clients.
