This is a good opportunity for the right person, could potentially help train to a degree but you must possess strong computer skills:

Job Duties
-creating spreadsheets for job cost tracking
-Assisting with weekly payroll using Quickbooks
-Answering phones
-Using Dropbox
-Ordering drawings for job sites
-Office organization and filing
-Corresponding with customers/ vendors / employees
Must be a motivated self starter no room for laziness

Precision Builders was selected by Clayco to build out a new distribution center in Greencastle Pa. This building is 1.5 million sq feet of warehouse and an additional 1 million sq feet of mezzanine/office space. We are already working to smash the 5 month schedule. During this time frame we will install app 125,000 linear feet of stud ranging from 8’ to 50’ tall, 6500 sheets of drywall, 200 doors, 50,000 sq feet of ACT and a boatload of insulation! We are grateful to be picked for such a project!

Precision Builders started at the University of Maryland Urgent Care in Kent Island Md today. Jesus Godinez and his crew will be performing our normal scope of work out here including metal framing, insulation, drywall, lead board, rough carpentry, acoustical ceilings and doors frames and hardware.

Check out this project we are doing for a law firm that overlooks the Baltimore Harbor with a spectacular view. Warren and his crew have been putting in lots of hours making sure all of the walls look clean and smooth, the ceiling is installed perfectly and much more.

See our latest door project! We removed 3 old glass sliding doors and installed new vinyl clad, clear pine Anderson doors with screens and sidelights. The owners of these doors will enjoy them for years to come!

See our newest completed project! We completely gutted both the kitchen and bathroom on this one. Updated all the electric and plumbing in both rooms. Added new floors, cabinets, drywall, ceramic etc!

Pictures of a couple bathrooms we just finished for a local church in Edgemere.
The first one is a handicap compliant bathroom we built new.
The second one is a remodel of an existing bathroom.
We are starting on the 3rd bathroom remodel next week.
