M4 Electric is growing, and we’re looking for two dependable people to join our team!
We are a 100% family-owned and operated electrical company that takes pride in treating our employees like family. We’re currently hiring for the following positions:
⚡ Experienced Electrician – Journeyman or Master
Starting pay: $25–$40/hour, based on experience and qualifications
100% company-paid medical and dental benefits
Retirement options are available with a 3% company match, fully vested from day 1.
Performance-based raises every year
Bonuses based on job completion and overall performance
Opportunities for additional training and professional development
🔨 Laborer
Starting pay: $16.50-$23/hour
Medical and dental benefits
50% company-paid during the first year
100% company-paid by the third year
Retirement options are available with a 3% company match, fully vested from day 1.

Opportunities for in-house training on weekends
🕐 Work Schedule & Benefits
Typical work weeks range from 40–60 hours
Some weekend work may be required
Occasional night work is available on a voluntary sign-up basis
No need to drive your personal vehicle to job sites — employees meet at the shop and travel to job sites in a company truck
In-house weekend training is available for employees who commit to a minimum one-year employment term
