Customer Service Representative/ Personal Assistant:
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Individual will answer business phone and schedule appointments using software.
Individual will keep job paperwork complete and organized.
Individual will communicate with vendors, clients and field Technicians.
Individual will keep a material Inventory and pick up local equipment and supplies if necessary.
Individual will need to be willing to learn and use job-site software/apps.

Knowledge of construction and tools would be beneficial but not required.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.

Pay based on experience.
