Bing Bang Done. Had to hold for a rain delay but its ready for the concrete boys! Off to North Delta for a few weeks, then Crested Butte and then back to Paonia. Sometimes i feel like i drive in circles. Oh wait I do!

Thank god for grade control when your labor catches the 3.2 flu on friday and you got to build it and grade it alone! Tech isn t stealing jobs, lazy is losing jobs to tech.

Change orders to bid prices on small jobs aren t always crooked contractor s. I strive to stay on price. But when its needed i explain why, i don t just say oh well no one will know and cover it up. COVERING UNSTABLE SUBGRADE WILL END BADLY, ESPECIALLY FOR THE CUSTOMERS. A CHANGE IN SCOPE OF WORK IS BETTER THAN THERE BUILDING PAD FAILING.

Our work includes excavation, grading, reclamation, erosion control, vegetation management, easement restoration, seeding, equipment operation, and projects on private, BLM, USFS, and other public lands.

CDL REQUIRED.

Experience with excavation, heavy equipment, trucking, construction, agriculture, reclamation, or similar work is strongly preferred.

Day one, 2 monolithic slab preps for building expansion. Within 1/2 inch of finished, day 2 will be finalize grade and slick it. Then Excavate for footers and start on the 2nd pad at the same time

The Leprechaun Council has always maintained that men do not actually grow up.

Eventually someone just hands them a $100,000 machine and permission to play in the dirt.
