Great exteriors don't start with demolition — they start with a conversation. We believe you should be able to see your new home, and know what it costs, before a single board comes off.
So it started at the table. We sat down with these East Austin homeowners, took their wants and needs, and turned them into a conceptual design we could all rally around. That design is how we built an accurate budget, and then the house itself — with minimal change orders and no surprises along the way. They always knew what they were spending, and what they were spending it on. (First image is the design. Second is the finished house.)
The homeowners bought an older home knowing it needed everything, and wanted an exterior that finally showed off its potential. Over 60 days — through a stubbornly rainy Austin season — we delivered a full transformation: Pella Reserve windows and doors, Hardie siding and trim over a full ZIP System weather barrier, a standing seam metal roof, a new gable entry, and a fresh concrete porch, finished in Sherwin-Williams Greenblack and Iron Ore. A few windows were enlarged, which meant bringing in engineering to properly carry the walls.
