🚧 NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED FENCE INSTALLER 🚧
Midwest Legacy Fence & Deck is looking to add an experienced fence installer to our crew.
Pay will be based on experience, skill level, and overall qualifications.
⚠️ MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
To be considered, you MUST have all of the following:
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Minimum 1 year of actual fence installation experience, including experience working with wood, vinyl, chain-link, and aluminum fencing
These three requirements are mandatory. Please do not call, text, or apply if you do not meet all three. We are specifically looking for someone with previous fence installation experience and are not looking to train someone from scratch at this time.
⭐ OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
If you meet the requirements above, we definitely want to hear from you. However, we are especially interested in someone who also brings additional skills and could potentially grow into a leadership/supervisor role with our company.
Our ideal candidate would also have:
Experience driving a pickup truck with a trailer, including confidently backing up and maneuvering it
Deck-building, carpentry, or other construction experience
Leadership or management experience and the ability to lead and manage a small crew
Comfortable with technology and able to learn our CRM and company software systems
Able to communicate well in both English and Spanish
Someone who checks most or all of these boxes would be an excellent fit for a larger role as we continue growing our team.
📍 Work is mostly in Aurora and throughout the western suburbs of Chicago.
