⚡️ ELECTRICAL INSPECTION REPORT⚡️
1. Electrical Metallic Tubing (EMT) shall be securely fastened at intervals not to exceed 10 ft, and within 3 ft of each outlet box. See Art. 358.30(A)
2. Armored Cable shall be securely fastened within 12 in. of a box, and support at intervals not greater than ft. See Art. 320.30(B).
3. Single conductors shall only be installed where part of a wiring method of Chapter 3 of the NEC. See Art. 300.3(A)
4. Metal boxes are deteriorated by corrosion, and there shall be no damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation. See Art. 110.12(B)
5. The NEC requires GFCI protection for receptacles installed in garages and bathrooms. See Art 210.8(A).
6. Electrical equipment shall be installed in a neat and workmanlike manner. Wall covers or faceplates are missing. See Art. 110.12

⚡️ REPORTE DE INSPECCIÓN⚡️
1. El Tubo Metálico Eléctrico debe fijarse de manera segura a menos de pies de una caja, y ser soportados a intervalos no mayores de 10 pies. Ver Art. 358.30(A)
2. El Cable Armado debe de estar fijado dentro de 12 pulgadas de una caja. Y ser soportado a intervalos no mayores de 4 1/2 pies. Ver Art. 320.30(B).
3. Conductores individuales sólo deben ser instalados según alguno de los métodos de cableado especificados en el Capítulo 3 del NEC. Ver Art. 300.3(A)
4. Las cajas metálicas están deterioradas debido a la corrosión, no debe haber partes dañadas que puedan afectar adversamente una operación segura. Ver Art. 110.12 (B)
5. El NEC requiere protección GFCI para garajes y baños. Ver Art. 210.8(A).
6. El equipo eléctrico debe ser instalado de manera ordenada y profesional. Art. 110.12

⚡️ ELECTRICAL INSPECTION REPORT⚡️
1. The NEC requires GFCI protection for garages and basement. See Art 210.8(A).
2. Receptacles with wrong wiring have to be repaired.
3. Rigid Metal Conduit and Electrical Metallic Tubing shall be securely fastened within 3 in. of a box, and support at intervals not greater than 10 ft. See Art. 344.30 and 358.30.
4. The meter socket is visible deteriorated by corrosion, and there shall be no damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation. See Art. 110.12(B)
5. There is no grounding electrode system at the service equipment. Install properly grounding electrode system and conductor according to Art. 250.53 and Art. 250.66.
6. Each box shall have a cover, faceplate, lampholder, or luminaire canopy.
7. Electrical equipment shall be installed in a neat and workmanlike manner. Art. 110.12

⚡️ REPORTE DE INSPECCIÓN⚡️
1. El NEC requiere protección GFCI para garajes y sótanos. Ver Art. 210.8(A).
2. Los tomacorrientes con cableado incorrecto deben ser reparados.
3. El Conducto Metálico Rígido y el Tubo Metálico Eléctrico deben fijarse de manera segura a menos de 3 pulgadas de una caja, y ser soportados a intervalos no mayores de 10 pies. Ver Art. 344.30 y 358.30.
4. El medidor está visiblemente deteriorado por corrosión, y no debe haber partes dañadas que puedan afectar negativamente la operación segura. Ver Art. 110.12(B).
5. No hay un sistema de puesta a tierra en el equipo de servicio. Instalar adecuadamente un sistema de electrodo de puesta a tierra y un conductor de acuerdo con el Art. 250.53 y el Art. 250.66.
6. Cada caja debe tener una tapa, placa frontal, portalámparas o dosel de luminaria.
7. El equipo eléctrico debe ser instalado de manera ordenada y profesional. Art. 110.12

Residential Electrical installation.⚡️

NEC TIME 📕
- At least two 20 amp branch circuits shall be provided to supply receptacles installed in kitchen countertop. 210.11(C)(1) & 210.52(B).
- At least one 20 amp branch circuit shall be provided to supply the bathroom receptacles. 210.11(C)(3).
- All receptacles installed in kitchen and bathroom shall be GFCI protected. 210.8(A)(1) & (6).
- No parts of cord-connected luminaires, chain-, cable-, or cord-suspended luminaires, light-ing track, pendants, or ceiling-suspended (paddle) fans shall be located within a zone measured 900 mm (3 ft) horizontally and 2.5 m (8 ft) vertically from the top of the bathtub rim or shower stall threshold. These luminaries shall be marked for wet or damp locations. 410.10(D).

- Al menos dos circuitos de 20 amperios se deben instalar para alimentar tomacorrientes en el mesón de la cocina. 210.11(C)(1) & 210.52(B).
- Al menos un circuito de 20 amperios se debe instalar para tomacorrientes en el baño . 210.11(C)(3)
- Tomacorrientes instalados en cuartos de baño y cocina deben tener protección GFCI. 210.8(A)(1) & (6).
- No se deben instalar luminarias de cordón, cadena o suspendidas, así como ventiladores suspendidos dentro de una zona de 8 ft verticales y 3ft horizontales de una bañera. Estas luminarias deben ser marcadas para zonas húmedas. 410.10(D).

⚡️ ELECTRICAL INSPECTION REPORT⚡️
1. The NEC requires at least one receptacle outlet at the front and at the back of the dwelling unit. See Art 210.52(E).
2. Rigid Metal Conduit and Electrical Metallic Tubing shall be securely fastened within 3 in. of a box, and support at intervals not greater than 10 ft. See Art. 344.30 and 358.30.
3. Communication Cables shall be at least 9 1/2 ft from finish grade. See Art 830.44(B)
4. At least one smoke detector is required on each level of the dwelling and installed in each sleeping room.
5. Nonmetallic Sheathed Cable (ROMEX) is required to be support at least every 4 1/2 ft. See Art. 334.30.

⚡️ REPORTE DE INSPECCIÓN⚡️
1. El código eléctrico nacional requiere al menos un tomacorriente instalado en la parte frontal y posterior de una unidad de vivienda. Revisar Art 210.52(E).
2. El Conducto metálico rígido (tipo RMC) y la tubería eléctrica metálica (tipo EMT) deben de ser sujetados a una distancia no mayor de 3 pies de cada caja y soportado al menos cada 10 pies. Revisar Art. 344.30 y 358.30.
3. Cables de comunicación deben estar a una distancia de al menos 9 1/2 pies sobre el suelo. Revisar Art 830.44(B).
4. Al menos un detector de humo debe ser instalado en cada nivel de la unidad de vivienda y en cada dormitorio.
5. El cable con forro no metálico tipo NM, debe ser sujetado al menor cada 4 1/2 pies. Revisar Art. 334.30.
