One of the best parts about being a contractor is the people you meet and the relationships you build along the way. You never know when life might throw something your way, and it’s a blessing to have good people in your corner who are willing to lend a hand when you need it.

Huge shoutout to the boys for taking time out of their already busy schedules to help me out on a personal matter. No hesitation, no questions asked, just good people looking out for one another.

Everyone talks about the 100-foot pines we drop, the heavy equipment, or the big-dollar jobs. And don’t get me wrong—we love tackling those projects.

But the truth is… this is what made my night.

I won’t share their names out of respect for their privacy, but we recently removed a tree for a family whose husband suffers from PTSD and dementia. Ever since the hurricane, he had been too afraid to sleep in his own room because of that tree.

Tonight I received this text.

Sometimes the biggest impact of what we do isn’t measured in feet of timber or dollars earned—it’s measured in the peace of mind we can give someone.

Our good friends at Down South Tree , Fence & More needed a couple of dumpsters and a machine for their latest job, and we were happy to help. We got them set up with two 20-yard dumpsters and a mini excavator to keep the project moving efficiently.
