Wrapping up a nice stair project, the client was worried about safety and meeting code for their new to them home that was built in 1941. They decided to go with a all oak and white trim style for the upstairs, and a simple pressure treated for the basement as it'll just be used for storage. Cutting back the subfloor on both levels to extend the stairwells. In order to give us our needed dimension to meet code requirements along with adding framing for a new bathroom and removing a non load bearing, dividing wall to give more space to the upstairs. A huge thank you to Ryan Douglas and Summit Electrical Services LLC for handling all of our wiring needs removing k**b and tube and adding in new switches and outlets!

Now it's time for just finishing touches, plugging holes, finishing small areas of drywall, paint and trim.

This basement, now ready to rent apartment, was a very fun and adventurous project! It's very cozy, has good storage, and has a nice open kitchen living room layout. I love the rustic meet's modern feeling of this space! Now fully furnished and awaiting it's next tenant, please contact Mary Beale if you are interested in staying in this warm, private and beautiful space! First post in a while... I need to get better at taking before photos.

This week we finished up fixing some ceilings
In this 1978 town house.

Removing horse hair plaster, new strapping and dry wall. Quite the improvement from the cracked broken ceilings they had.

Moving on to the next one!

Another Hardwood flooring job complete! I love the wood grain and color of this one, and will probably put it in my place at some point as well!

My apologies for not posting in a while, we have been busy wrapping up projects before the beginning of this year. And now we are excited to begin our winter projects, and taking on new work this coming spring and summer.

Here is a Hickory hardwood floor we just wrapped up along with Bace board, window and door trim. It was nice to have a warm inside job for the 5 days here.

We tore this apart and got it put back together over the past couple days. Love how it looks all fixed up! Just in time for their family Dogs 14th birthday Celebration. We got all the tools picked up right before guess started arriving, Cut it a little close, but we did it!

Starting off the week strong with finishing up this small moisture damage repair! Luckily the damage was found before it affected any of the framing, and with a little bio side, mold, killer and mold, killing primer for extra precaution this came together rather quickly.Little jobs like this are a nice break in between bigger projects 👍
