We’ve been busy in Minot constructing a 50x50 Two story shop with a 480 sq ft apartment on the second floor. First floor walls are 12’ with a drop on the right elevation to accommodate a second story with a “piggyback” style Truss. Today we completed second story wall framing, and this one is moving quick so far!

A recent door replacement project featuring both interior and exterior upgrades.

We installed a new full-glass interior door along with a new exterior entry door, completing the exterior with a custom trim package designed for both durability and a clean, finished appearance.

The exterior door received metal-wrapped jambs for a low-maintenance, weather-resistant finish. We also custom fabricated a one-piece PVC door trim package on site, allowing us to achieve precise fits and seamless corners around the opening.

Every detail was carefully measured, fabricated, and installed to create a professional finished product that will stand up to the elements for years to come.

Another basement transformation coming together! We took an underutilized basement area and turned it into a comfortable additional bedroom, full bathroom, and spacious walk-in closet—adding valuable living space without expanding the footprint of the home.

The walk-in closet features custom-built shelving designed to maximize storage and keep everything organized.

For safety and code compliance, we also cut a new egress window through the concrete foundation wall, bringing in natural light while providing a proper emergency exit.

We’re getting close to the finish line! The shelving still needs to be painted, and carpet will be installed soon to complete the space.

We have been busy in Freeport!
