Proline Services is a small family owned business that fabricates and installs quality stone countertops in MA/CT/RI. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter that can "wear many hats" with at least 2 years of customer service experience and data entry experience. Quickbooks experience preferred.

*Meet with customer in our showroom to assist them with design and material selections
*Communicate with designers and homeowners to ensure order accuracy
*Enter job/customer information into our system
*Enter Bills/Receipts into Quickbooks (Experience preferred)
*Maintain clean, organized showroom
*Monthly Report building for management
*Answer and assist customers on phone
*Review and process new orders
*Schedule customer appointments
*Create marketing flyers, social media content

Position is full time Mon-Fri 9-5 and alternating Saturdays 9-2
