We're Growing... Again!

Portage Electrical Company is looking for an Office & Operations Coordinator to join our team!

As our company continues to grow, we're looking for someone who can help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This position will work closely with our owners and become an important part of our day-to-day operations.

This isnt answering phones—we're looking for someone who enjoys organization, helping people, solving problems, and being part of a team that truly cares about its customers.

This position includes things like:
⚡ Customer communication
⚡ Scheduling and office organization
⚡ Pulling electrical permits
⚡ Coordinating Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
⚡ Payroll and employee paperwork
⚡ Working closely with our bookkeeper & accountant
⚡ Managing company documents
⚡ Helping improve office operations

What we're looking for:
✔ Organized and detail-oriented
✔ Friendly and professional
✔ Comfortable using computers and learning new software (quickbooks, excel and other software such a jobber/buildertrend is highly preffered)
✔ Able to manage multiple tasks
✔ Office experience in the construction field preffered

📍 Part-Time (approximately 20 hours/week)
💲 $22–28/hour based on experience
