This pond was completely over grown in sweetgum saplings, then along the road was an old fence line that had trees 50 years old growing in it, and a large ditch between the fence line and the road that was completely unmaintainable.
We cleared the pond lot of all saplings and piled, then came back and tackled clearing the fence line along the right of way, once all trees and brush where piled we burned the piles then dredged the pond to ad depth and clean out years of silt, then used the spoils to regrade the entire area to leave the customer with a completely manageable piece of property.
