Three meetings today at the HBA office! 🗣

We kicked off the day with our June Builder/Developer/Lender Council meeting with Dr. Tutterow. 📈

Following the economic update, we had our monthly government affairs meeting to hear updates on our 10-county footprint and 70+ municipalities. 🏛

Rounding out the day, we hosted a member orientation and welcomed new members who joined during April's Membership Drive. 💙

GAHBA staff and leadership are currently in our nation's capital for this year’s NAHB Legislative Conference! 🏛️

After productive meetings with members of Georgia’s congressional delegation today, including Senator Raphael Warnock, Representative Clay Fuller, and Representative Barry Loudermilk. 🏛

Our team will continue to champion on behalf of our members at the local, state, and national levels. 🤝

We want to thank the many GAHBA members who attended with us, helping us effectively represent our members.🔹

We always relish the opportunity to meet with our federal legislators, and, with our combined efforts, we are building a better future for our industry! 🏡

We were pleased to welcome Secretary of State candidate Tim Fleming to our office yesterday for a productive discussion on issues impacting Georgia's housing industry and business community. 🏠

Through our Building Together Political Action Committee (BT-PAC), we were also proud to support his campaign and look forward to continuing the conversation throughout the election cycle. 🔷

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association values opportunities to engage with candidates and elected officials on policies that affect housing affordability. 🔨

We had a busy week with an Inner Atlanta Chapter lunch on Tuesday and a Gwinnett Chapter social on Thursday! 🔹

The Inner Atlanta Chapter heard from Alex Comer from the City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management. Thank you to Mr. Comer for coming to speak to our group. 💧
