🚜📐🛜One of many things we’re changing when it comes to equipment measurement.
The game didn’t change.
The physics didn’t change.
We’re still moving dirt.
What needed to change was how we measure it.
You shouldn’t have to turn a machine into a rolling technology stack just to know where you are relative to grade. The operator needs the measurement, live, while the work is happening.
That’s what started CheckIT.
Reference it. Measure it. Keep digging.
We didn’t change the dirt.
We didn’t change the machine.
We changed how the machine knows.
And to the people we’re already talking to — and the ones watching from a distance — there’s a lot of motion in this direction right now.
If the idea of simplifying the system, grounding an existing technology stack, or adding a measurement layer without rebuilding everything around it resonates with you, there’s a good chance we’re working toward the same goal.
It’s physics. We don’t have to overcomplicate it.
And physics? That’s just a hobby anyway. Curiosity is what keeps you asking questions — and sometimes one of those questions changes the way you’ve been doing something for 30 years.
From a PR standpoint, I laid my benchmark a long time ago.
Operator first.
Reference first.
Measurement first.
The benchmark hasn’t moved. The technology around it has.
Reference it. Measure it. Keep digging.
There’s a reason we call it CheckIT.
