On this Memorial Day I would like to remind everyone what it truly is. Most people think of it as the official beginning of summer or a day to get together with friends and family and grill out. That is fine too, but while we are grilling those hot dogs and burgers, let us all remember those who died fighting for our freedom and our rights to do these things. America wouldn't be the country it is without those who paid the ultimate price for us. When we bow our heads to bless our food, remember them as well. There are Memorial Day services held all over. If possible, find the one in your community and show your appreciation and honor them by attending.

We would like to take this time to say Thank you to all the Veterans for your service. Thank you for putting your lives and family on hold so that we can experience all the things that make this country great. Thank you for fighting for our freedom so that we can raise our children without fear or oppression. God bless each and every one of you and God bless America!
Due to the pandemic most services have been cancelled but check in you local area to see if there are other events going on honoring our brave men and women.

This year the Memorial Day service at veterans park will be cancelled due to covid-19. I would like to reach out to everyone and encourage them to still remember what this day is for. Remember to say a prayer for the ones we lost fighting so we can live free and safe. Lift up the families of those who didn't return home. God bless you and God bless America!
