6 pallet zeon zoysia install -on 10/3/2023 at Crosstree Lane Atlanta, GA 30328, from a sod farm that offers a conditional warranty. Contrary to popular belief you can install warm season turf grass in fall and winter time when dormant. This particular sod farm we source it from promotes the “spring green up guarantee” for zoysia and Bermuda grasses. In other words, if you are worried about having it installed when grass is dormant and does not green up by June then the sod farm will replace the pieces that don’t take- under the conditions you follow the proper watering and care requirements.
