Beginning her real estate career in new home sales as an on-site sales agent, she quickly worked her way to earning her broker’s license and managing entire sales, marketing, and leasing departments for builders, developers, and large portfolio singl
e-family investors. Her experience ranges from the first-time home buyer market to luxury homes, including condominiums to master-planned properties. While her focus has mostly been on developments throughout the Atlanta-area, she has also worked in other markets throughout the Southeast including Jacksonville, Fort Myers, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Birmingham, and Nashville. While she has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience working for large builders and developers, she also has a great passion for working with individual buyers and sellers to help them buy and sell their home. She has extensive knowledge in the construction process, as well as ability to effectively analyze markets and pricing trends, from larger scales and down to the individual home. This knowledge, along with her dedication and hard work, has translated to an extreme benefit to both her buyer and seller clients in the sale or purchase of their land or homes.
