We’re very excited to share another recently completed project!

This ~10,000 SF commercial office space for Heritage Distribution Holdings is located in a premier Cousins Properties building here in Atlanta. The build features Teknion’s Tek Vue glass office-front system by Office Interiors, a modern Work Café perfect for collaboration, a classic Boardroom, and multiple Offices and Conference Rooms throughout; all delivered through a strong partnership with Scotland Wright Associates, Cousins, Facilitec, and Barrett Woodyard & Associates.

We’re proud of the teamwork and the finished space, and glad to see HDH already enjoying and utilizing it!

We’ve got another great project to share! Three great spaces with clean lines, a great use of glass walls, nice break areas, and ready to roll for the next tenants ➡️ Spec Suites at 211 Perimeter Center. NELSON Worldwide and JLL partnered with Heritage Building Group to complete three Spec Suites within the building totaling a little over 11,000sf.

Exciting project update! 🌟 We just completed a great project for Leuze USA which included extensive front office modifications of about 8,000sf and light industrial upgrades in their 22,000sf warehouse. In the warehouse area, our team installed 4 RTU’s, retractable power & data drops along the assembly line, an industrial warehouse fan, a deck-mounted industrial heater, topped out warehouse walls, and installed an industrial flap door.

Thankful for the opportunity to partner with the team at Leuze, Hendrick, and Avison Young to bring this one together. Stay tuned for more exciting projects!

The Highwire Safety Assessment Program reviews a company’s historic and current safety performance and empowers clients to make smarter risk management decisions. The Platinum Award is presented to companies who score between 95-100 on the Safety Assessment administered by Highwire.

We’re excited to share another great project in midtown Atlanta! This sophisticated office space for Weissman incorporates clean lines and functional elegance designed by TVS. The space includes unique finishes such as a Vilna Argenta tile backsplash in the Coffee Bar, linear chandeliers, and horizontal pendants in the Conference Rooms. We’re thrilled to share our latest project nestled right in the heart of Buckhead! Teaming up with Cousins Properties, HKS, Inc., Conway & Owen, J&A Engineering, LLC we’ve built this amazing new conference center at Cousins 3350 Peachtree Building. This thoughtfully designed space focuses on hospitality, connectivity, collaboration, and technology. The team worked closely together through all phases of design and construction to bring this amazing building amenity to life for the already stunning 3350 Peachtree Road NE Building!

We’re excited to share photos of another great project in West Midtown. Krispy Krunchy Foods gave us a great opportunity to bring their local office to life. The project included some colorful and exciting graphics throughout the space and a unique Aqua Fire water v***r fireplace that is just awesome! The DIRTT walls from CWC Office Furniture in front of the Training Room are a great addition to the space. Such a great space to collaborate and get down to business!
