We are so excited to finally share the before-and-after transformation of our new office!

Built in 1956 as a dental office, this building is now the home of Benjamin Andrew Construction. From the beginning, our goal was to renovate the interior to reflect the era in which it was built, embracing a classic 1950s mid-century modern style.

The office is still a work in progress as we continue searching for mid-century furniture and décor to decorate it, but we’re thrilled with how it’s coming together. Every space has been thoughtfully designed to highlight the building’s original character, from the tile in the bathroom to the 50’s inspired foyer.

This building has always been special to Ben. Growing up in Cu***ng, GA, he admired it for years and often talked about how much he would love to own it someday. One day, while sharing that dream with Hannah, they discovered the building was for lease. They contacted the owner and were given the opportunity to lease it. It truly felt like it was meant to be.

Bringing new life to this building has been such a rewarding experience, and we’re excited to continue making it our own while preserving the charm that made us fall in love with it in the first place.

We can’t wait to share more of our office updates and the journey as we continue adding to it. Stay tuned.

“Luxury” is one of the most used words in residential construction.

Most homeowners already have a budget in mind for a custom home or remodel. Our job is to have an honest conversation about what that number can support.

We use a cost-plus approach, so you can see the actual project costs, our builder’s fee, and how selections and contingencies are handled. Our budgets are also informed by 26 years of experience and comparing estimates with actual costs from completed projects.

You should understand where your money is going and feel confident in the numbers being presented. That transparency is where trust begins.

Our process starts with a phone call and a few qualifying questions to understand whether we’re a good fit for you.

During that first conversation, we’ll discuss:

📞 The type of project you’re planning

📞 Whether you already have an architect or designer involved, or need our in-house architecture and design services

📞 Your expectations, communication style, and how we may work together throughout the project

That initial call gives both sides a chance to determine if we are the right fit.

In the next video, we discuss the budget... This can be one of the most uncomfortable yet important conversations to have early in the process.
