There are so many details you can add to an open space to give each area an intentional purpose and added charm. The distressed beam pulls the whole space into a cohesive, warm feel. The library flows seamlessly into the main living room which is just off the kitchen. Plus we need to give a special moment to this handrail and window wall.

Our custom home build is quickly wrapping up. Be on the look out for our final photos coming soon. It is amazing the transformation a home makes especially when you build it from the ground up. Basements are so fun to finish, because they begin as a completely blank slate. We enjoy working with our clients to figure out the best way to meet their needs in the space and allow them to have some fun in the design. We were able to create a beautiful and sound proof home theater, guest suite, kitchenette, and laundry room in this basement while also keeping some necessary storage.
