Minimalist Modern or Classic Charm? We do it all! 🏠🔨

One of the best parts of being a design-build firm in North Fulton is that no two projects are ever the same. Today, we’re sharing a side-by-side look at two very different dining room transformations:

📍 In Duluth: We embraced a "less is more" philosophy. By removing extra ornamentation and focusing on a warm white palette, we created a bright, airy space where the clean lines of the windows are the star.

📍 In Milton: We went bold! We layered in custom millwork and drenched the room in a stunning shade of blue. To finish the look, we added botanical draperies for a touch of softness and pattern.

We often focus on the bed when remodeling a primary suite, but adding a dedicated seating area is what truly gives the room that "boutique hotel" feel.

In our recent projects around Alpharetta, we've found that you don't need a massive footprint to add functionality. A pair of well-placed club chairs or a slim settee can create a private nook for reading or chatting without making the room feel crowded.

What’s in a niche? More than you might think! 🚿✨

When we’re designing a custom bathroom remodel here in Atlanta, the shower niche is a small detail that deserves a big conversation. We always ask our clients:

🧼 How tall is your largest shampoo bottle?
🧼 Do you need a dedicated spot for a bar of soap?
🧼 If you're sharing your shower, do you each want your own niche?
🧼 Do you want it to blend in or stand out as an accent?

For this Atlanta Craftsman home, we kept it classic. We used handmade ceramic tiles that match the shower walls for a seamless look, paired with a simple tile liner to keep the edges perfectly smooth. No clutter, just a focus on the handmade appeal.

Who says you can't make big design moves in small spaces? ✨

We recently transformed this private vanity area in Duluth, proving that you don’t need a massive footprint to make a massive statement. By wrapping the walls in this stunning palm frond wallpaper, we gave a standard Jack-and-Jill bath a completely custom, high-end personality. 🌿

We paired the bold pattern with a handsome wood vanity and warm brass fixtures for a look that’s both elegant and inviting.

Our head designer reimagined the layout by moving the door from the living room to the kitchen side, opening up a world of possibility. We carefully worked around the stair structure to create a high-functioning walk-in pantry featuring:

We’ve all been there—that one corner of the kitchen that collects everything from mail to mismatched Tupperware. For our Milton, GA clients, that was their butler’s pantry.

The Transformation: We swapped the clutter for sleek, floor-to-ceiling cabinets and a bold Silestone quartz that flows from the counter right up the backsplash. Now, instead of hiding this space, they’re using it as a sleek home bar for entertaining.
