This Tucker roof had spaced decking, leaving large gaps. This resulted in large voids where there wouldn't be anything for us to nail into. To do this the right way, we installed brand new OSB - providing for a uniform nailable surface. This ensures our roof system is achieving maximal performance!

The roof was missing flashing, was improperly installed and leaking. The client was referred to us by a previous customer. We helped by bringing everything up to Code, installing an IKO Dynasty shingle (color Glacier) and rolled roofing for the low slope sections. It turned out great and the client is thrilled.
