First Mountain Woodcraft is honored to be selected as one of the runner ups in the 7th annual Garden & Gun Magazine's Made in the South Awards. One of our canoes, the Coosa 135 was selected in the outdoor category. Congratulations to Terry Talton of Stella, North Carolina for first place the in the outdoor category.

Fall finds the shop really busy with 3 new boats in the making. First time we have built 3 at one time. Pieces are everywhere. If you are interested in a boat, now would be the time to call and get your own design on the first boats of 2016. Call us!!

Festivals are complete for 2015. What an amazing year we have had. Thank you to each customer but a special thank you to everyone that just stopped by to say they appreciated our work. So we're already gearing up for next year with 3 new boats and lots of new stuff. Check back for updates.
