I’v got to brag on the crew for a minute…

I found these men working today upside down, in the dirt, in the heat (here’s the best part) with smiles on their faces…

They do what they have to do to keep our clients happy, they sweat the small stuff and they do it all without grumbling and to the glory of God. 🙌

Why do we care so much about keeping a clean jobsite? 🤔

Here’s a couple reasons why…

👷It’s safer to work in a clean environment..

🧹 It lets all the trades know that we expect clean work and for them to clean before they leave..

🏠 We aren’t just building a house.. We’re building a home

😅 It’s a construction site not a disaster site

🤷 It’s not our house, it’s the clients. We want to treat it as such.
