This is a project our commercial division wrapped up earlier this year. We worked with the customer to bring their vision of a more uniform facade and an awning to life.

We are super excited to share this project our commercial division completed.

We framed knee walls and roof structure. We had to upgrade the existing structural post on the interior to support the new roof load. The wall and roof panels tie down into the previous addition seamlessly. Great project and clients.

We are very excited to share this project update. We spent the later part of 2025 completing this inside and out renovation. The project scope included extending the existing kitchen and dining, new windows and siding, finishing the basement, adding the guest entry porch, stone steps and veneer, cedar railing, interior and exterior paint, custom cabinets and back up generator.
