How sad is this? The video speaks for itself. This is a church in Atlanta.
The video only covers one of the electrical rooms.
This place didn't have any security. The repair will cost multiple THOU$AND$ for this congregation. Completely avoidable circumstances. This building was missing flood lights, cameras, and alarms. This location was easy prey for some ne’er-do-well.
The seasons are great for most people, however some people become extremely desperate this time of year and prey on the weaker targets. Is your place a weak target? Tonight, check your outside lights at work or at home. Notice the places that are suitable for creeping and hiding. Locate your weaknesses, before someone else does. Remember, when it comes to security, something is better than nothing. Do you have alarms or cameras? Installing the Ring doorbell is a very simple start.
If you want to avoid problems like this, and others, from happening to your home or business, be proactive, and simply become aware. I can help you to prevent this from happening to you, but only if you ask. I have many affordable options to protect you and yours this season.

This switch gear was connected incorrectly, the first time. Blew up the transformer outside.

This client was a “Civil Engineer”.
“Only hook up the switch gear. The inspection passed and the electrical engineer signed off on the work. Will you do it or not?”

Would you connect power to this place?

If THIS defines the integrity scale for inspectors in College Park, civil, and electrical engineers clearly there is a problem.

I was told: The original electrician was found on craigslist.
