The Transformation is Complete.

Some projects become more than just another job. They become long-term relationships built on trust.

We first met the Hartz family over two years ago when we completely remodeled their kitchen. After that experience, they trusted us once again, this time with a complete exterior transformation.

Once the old exterior was removed, we discovered the home had been built without exterior wall sheathing. Before installing a single piece of siding, we resheathed the entire home, bringing it up to today's standards and creating the solid foundation it should have had from the beginning.

From there, we transformed the home with:

• New premium vinyl siding
• New energy-efficient windows
• Complete exterior sheathing installation
• New open deck and outdoor living space
• Custom porch TV wall with electrical upgrades
• New porch flooring and trim
• Chimney flashing repairs
• Fresh paint where needed

And just when we thought the project was complete...

The Hartz family called us back one more time to build a brand-new composite front porch, bringing the entire front elevation together and completing the vision for their home.

Three major projects over the course of two years.

Hey everyone. The City of Woodstock just approved five ADU floor plans, and this is genuinely exciting if you're thinking about multigenerational living, giving aging parents their own space, or adding value to your property. These are turnkey designs ready to go, and we're working through the numbers right now so you'll know exactly what you're looking at soon. We just wrapped up this basement renovation, and this one is a great example of what happens when a clear plan meets disciplined ex*****on.

Delivered on time and on budget with a few intentional upgrades along the way that really took the space to the next level.

This project included a full transformation of an underutilized basement into a functional, comfortable living space with a new bedroom, bathroom, upgraded staircase, and completely refreshed finishes throughout.

When a kitchen renovation comes together the right way, the details really start to shine.

We recently had the opportunity to capture the Link Kitchen again with the lighting exactly how it was designed to be experienced, and the space looks incredible. The natural light, the finishes, the cabinetry, and the flow of the room all work together to create a kitchen that feels both elevated and comfortable at the same time.

One of the things we focus on at 5 Stones Renovation is making sure the final result doesn’t just look good in photos, but actually feels right when you’re standing in the space. This kitchen is a great example of that balance between design, craftsmanship, and functionality.

Kadie and Matt had a clear vision for their home, and it was a pleasure bringing it to life.
