Golden Key Home Services is growing and looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team.

We need someone who can work independently, can proactively solve problems onsite, communicate professionally with residents, and complete quality repairs without constant supervision.

Responsibilities:
• Multi-trade repairs
• Problem solving onsite
• Resident communication
• Photo documentation
• App/job system updates

Qualifications:
• 3+ years repair experience
• Reliable vehicle required
• Personal tools required
• Can follow instructions
• Strong communication skills
• Tech/app proficiency required
• Works without constant supervision
• Strong problem-solving mindset

Requirements:
• Reliable vehicle required
• Personal tools in good working condition required
• Special tools in good working condition optional with daily allowance provided for use.

Experience in drywall, doors, windows, flooring, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, fences, decks, siding, and general residential repairs preferred.

This role works in occupied homes, so professionalism, communication, and de-escalation skills are a must.

We will be out this weekend before the storm and after the storm helping out!

If you are elderly or disabled, have an elder or disabled oerson in your home, or know someone who is, we are offering our services for free!

We will help get you to a safe location, cut a tree up and out of your driveway or off your house, or tarp your house for free!

We will be offering discounted services to everyone else with some only being the cost of the tarp or gasoline to power the chainsaw. Rides to a safe place will be free as long as where youre going is within the area the truck is working.

Just text us at 470-635-9315. The number will be monitored 24 hours a day today through Monday evening.

Also, if you see one of our vehicles out and about, stop us! We will have cold water and hot coffee for free for anyone who needs it!
