A few months ago, this space had a closed-off kitchen and a wall separating it from the living room. Today, it’s a completely open gathering space for the entire home.

We recently stopped back by to check in with the homeowners and it was great seeing the space fully lived in. Hearing how much they enjoy their new kitchen is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

This project was a full transformation of the main living area, including:

• Complete removal of the old dated kitchen
• Removing a 22-foot wall to open the kitchen to the living room
• Raising the kitchen ceiling to 10 feet
• Completely redesigning the kitchen layout for better flow and function
• Installing new cabinetry and countertops
• Updating electrical and plumbing throughout
• Installing new flooring throughout the space
• Painting the entire space to tie everything together

Projects like this completely change how a home feels and functions. We’re grateful to work with great clients who trust us with their homes.

Drywall is officially up, taped, mudded, and ready for paint. This space is about to transform in a big way.

It’s always exciting seeing a project hit this stage, the layout comes to life and you can finally feel how the space will function. Next up: primer, paint, trim, and bringing it all together.

This bathroom remodel truly got the royal treatment. We installed stunning 4' x 8' sheet tiles on the walls, using just five tiles to create a seamless and elegant look, including beautiful wainscoting behind the tub.

But that’s not all! We also added a luxurious Schluter heated floor system that extends throughout the entire bathroom and even into the shower floor! Imagine stepping onto warm floors every morning!

We also refreshed the space with brand-new cabinets, modern faucets, and a complete repaint after removing the old wallpaper. The result? A gorgeous, spa-like retreat that completely transforms the space.

Although the custom order took about four weeks to arrive, it was well worth the wait — the new window is now installed, and the tiling process is underway. The client couldn’t be happier with the result!
