Mini Split Installation - Done Right - $650 for 12K BTU
Proper system installation is the key to your mini split longevity. We vacuum down to less than 300 microns and make sure it can hold proper vacuum for at least 10 minutes. The system is leak tested at all the flares before we call it done.
Buy your own mini split system and we'll install it for you. Installation price is the labor cost only for 9K/12K unit (wall mount) with up to 16ft of line set.
For the installation you would need:
a. A mini split system (9K/12K) wall mount
b. A wired AC disconnect at the location of the condenser
We could help with wiring up AC disconnect ($75 and up)
Other installation sizes include 18K-36K (+ $200-$400), multi-head units, cassette, and duct-ed.
