NOW HIRING – GRADING & CONSTRUCTION HELPER
Local Grading Company Seeking a Dependable Helper
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our grading and construction crew. This is a hands-on position for someone who is willing to work, learn, and be part of a team.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with daily grading and construction work Work around and have a basic familiarity with heavy equipment
Load and unload equipment, materials, and tools
Safely pull and maneuver a trailer
Help maintain a clean and organized job site
Be willing to learn new skills and take direction
Do whatever it takes to help get the job done
What We're Looking For
Dependable and responsible
Reliable transportation to and from work
Must show up on time and ready to work
Willing to work outdoors and perform physical labor
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Someone who takes pride in their work and can be counted on
Experience in grading, construction, landscaping, or heavy equipment is preferred, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
