Requirements:

✅ Proven experience leading landscape and hardscape installation crews
✅ Experienced operating excavators, skid steers, mini skid steers, and other landscape equipment
✅ Strong knowledge of retaining walls, paver patios, walkways, drainage systems, grading, sod installation, and landscape construction
✅ Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
✅ Clean, valid driver’s license
✅ Professional, respectful, and dependable
✅ Comfortable communicating with homeowners and representing Gambo Scapes professionally on every job site
✅ Ability to read plans, manage a crew, keep projects on schedule, and maintain high-quality workmanship
✅ Strong leadership skills with attention to detail and pride in your work
