14 people. Two projects pulling in opposite directions. Something had to give.

Half the team was deep in concept design. The other half was staring down a construction documentation deadline that wasn't moving. They couldn't hire fast enough to fix it. So they called us instead.

10 weeks, 68 sheets, coordinated with structural and MEP. Redlines turned around in 24 to 48 hours. First delivery in 5 days.

But honestly the part that stuck with us was how their senior architect got back about 14 hours a week. 14 hours. That's not a small thing when you're running a 14-person firm!

They cleared the backlog, avoided the overtime spiral AND picked up another project that same quarter. That's the whole point really. Not just getting through the deadline but actually having room to grow.

Canadian firm, mixed-use development and their Revit model had gotten...let's call it "complicated."

Naming conventions all over the place, coordination conflicts and a permit submission looming. Their team knew something was off but didn't have the bandwidth to dig in and fix it properly.

We went through the whole thing. Audited the model, sorted out the clashes, rebuilt the sheet structure, got the documentation up to Canadian standards. Basically gave the whole thing a proper cleanup.

Four days to get through the audit. Eight weeks of production support after that. Coordination conflicts down by over a third by the end of it. They got their submission package. We got a very relieved project manager on the other end of a Friday afternoon call.

Sometimes a model just needs fresh eyes and someone with the time to actually fix it. That's kind of what we're here for.
