Our Story

In 2012, Dwight Astin and Lisa Astin met and later married and had a child. Dwight had a background in construction and Lisa has always wanted to fix and flip houses. Noel Meltzer, father of Lisa, had also expressed interest in investing in real estate. So in 2015 their dream became reality. We opened AM (Astin Meltzer) Real Estate Development in 2015 and finished our first new construction project one year later. While taking on smaller home repair and improvement projects we set out on our next large project in late 2017, acquiring a property in East Atlanta. We tore the existing house down and started over, building a beautiful $600,000 entertainer’s dream home. We are now focused on renovations and repairs and pride ourselves on the highest quality work and customer service. Contact us now for a free estimate!
