NOW HIRING: CONCRETE SUPERINTENDENT
We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Concrete Superintendent to oversee concrete operations and manage field crews on a variety of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flatwork, structural concrete, and curb and gutter installation, along with proven leadership skills and the ability to keep projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate concrete crews, subcontractors, and daily field operations.
* Oversee concrete flatwork, structural concrete, curb and gutter, and related site concrete work.
* Read, interpret, and understand construction plans, specifications, and project details.
* Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules.
* Monitor workmanship, productivity, and quality control to ensure work meets project specifications.
* Enforce job-site safety standards and maintain an organized, professional work environment.
* Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and field personnel.
* Identify potential job-site issues and resolve problems before they cause delays or added costs.
* Track daily progress and ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a concrete superintendent or in a similar concrete field leadership position.
* Strong knowledge of concrete flatwork, structural concrete, and curb and gutter.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
* Demonstrated employee management, crew leadership, and subcontractor coordination skills.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* Dependable, professional, and committed to producing quality work.
