WE ARE HIRING
We're hiring a Field Supervisor at Revive Exteriors.
This is not a roofing sales job. The Field Supervisor role is a core, established position within our operation and central to how every project gets delivered.

You will be on the ground managing active job sites, coordinating crews, and making sure every homeowner has a great experience from start to finish. While this is not a roofing sales position, you will be in front of homeowners every day across multiple trades, and the ability to generate your own jobs is a direct path to significantly higher earnings.

The role comes with a $52,000 base salary plus commission on self-generated sales. On-target earnings are $85,000 to $95,000. Gas card included.
If you also have a sales background, the earning potential goes well beyond OTE.

What we're looking for: Strong communicator. Organized. Can solve problems independently. Comfortable in a fast-moving field environment. Your own reliable truck is required.

Construction or field supervision background is a plus but not required. If you've got strong customer service and can stay organized across multiple projects, we would love to talk.

Full exterior renovation in Carrollton. Removed vinyl siding and replaced with Hardie lap siding, and Hardie shingled siding (Shake). Removed all gutters and replaced with 6" gutters and upgraded downspouts. Removed and replaced two new roofs with new Owens Corning roofing system with additional extended warranties.
