Sometimes older homes just need an exterior remodel to achieve the look and protection our
customers desire!

Work completed 👇

New roofing and gutter systems (6-inch seamless and round downspouts).

New Chimney pan and cap.

New James Hardie siding, trim, soffit, frieze board, and fascia.

A lot of wood rot on the walls and decking were removed, and new lumber was installed.

Lattice skirts were installed.

Framing was done.

PVC brick molding and six new windows were installed.

Electrical work for new exterior lighting was done.

Hardie ceilings with PVC crown molding were installed.

Three new skylights were installed.

The front porch deck was completely new, and the rear deck had spot repairs.

New paint and stain were applied.

What a fantastic experience and privilege it was to convert our friends’ beautiful home into a palace and place to entertain!

Pool house repair completed for a great Customer!!

Work Completed 👇

- New LVL’s for supporting beams for the original roof and rafters (both sides). The building was jacked up to remove the rotten LVL’s and to install the new beams!

- 2 new rafters

- shaved off the extended beams and capped the ends on all 4 corners

- new soffit and fascia in Hardie

- wrapped the post in Hardie

- caulked and repainted the whole structure

- reinstalled the outdoor sound system after paint

What an incredible opportunity our team was granted to service a place close to home! After months of discussions and planning we were able to finish this large build just in time for the winter storm.

Work completed ✔️ 👇

- Complete tear off of old materials, rotten fascia, decking, replaced with new lumber.

- low slope areas we install a two part system to have the proper materials for those facets.

- Built a large cricket to avoid water rushing into low slow areas.

- New flashing, power vents and ridgevents.

-Proarmor synthetic felt, storm guard ice and water shield, with Dura ridge hip and ridge for a thicker and higher profile ridge.

-Customer decided to use Owens Corning Duration shingles in the color Williamsburg Gray.

-Some new siding and paint for areas that were replaced (only repairs).

- Pool Houses removed and replaced.

We tear out the old and replace new! New deck replacement for our awesome Customer.

- Complete tear off and rebuild

- Pouring new concrete footers

- 8x8 post wrapped in James Hardie Trim

- 2x10 joists

- 5/4 premium decking boards

- new wall to hide storeage underneath the deck

- Fence built to hide the HVAC units

- Painted and Stained

- joist tape prior to installing decking to avoid rot on the top surface which will protect the integrity of the lumber for years to come.

- Note: original downspouts to be replaced at a later time.
