Location: Shop based out of Thomaston, GA
Work Area: Projects throughout Central Georgia
We are growing and looking for experienced, dependable team members to join our concrete crew.
Concrete Crew Foreman
Pay: $40+ per hour (based on experience)
Requirements:
✅ Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
✅ Fluent English communication skills
✅ Strong leadership and crew management abilities
✅ Experience coordinating daily concrete operations
✅ Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to maintain quality standards
Concrete Finishers (3 Positions Available)
Pay: $25+ per hour (based on experience)
Requirements:
✅ Experience finishing concrete surfaces to a high standard
✅ Ability to set forms, prepare sites, and assist with concrete placement
✅ Knowledge of concrete tools, techniques, and finishing methods
✅ Dependable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
✅ Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
