Got a call recently from a family that needed help with a property that had been sitting for a while. When we got there, it wasn’t just clutter it had turned into a full hoarding situation and the room needed to be taken down to the base to properly handle it.

We cleared everything out, removed the carpet and padding, and went through a full cleaning and disinfecting process. After that, we set up drying equipment to help bring the room back under control.

We were called out to help a local church after they stored food supplies for emergency response efforts. Over time, that unfortunately attracted rodents, which led to contamination concerns inside parts of the building.
