✨ Project Spotlight: DSI Construction partnered with Architectural Collaborative to complete a full renovation of the Delta Phi Epsilon house on UGA's historic Greek Row. The project preserved the historic front façade while thoughtfully blending the chapter’s Milledge Avenue history with a modern and expanded layout designed for today's use.

Scope of Work:
• New bedrooms to increase live-in capacity
• Expanded common room for chapter meetings and events
• New dining room
• Commercial-grade kitchen
• Expanded parking

We’re proud to have helped bring new life to this historic property and create a space that will serve Delta Phi Epsilon members for years to come.

Last month, we had the pleasure of celebrating Hannah Matthewson as she takes the next step toward her UGA Pharmacy degree. Over nearly five years with DSI, Hannah did a little bit of everything — office management, accounting, project engineering, scanning, errands, marketing — and did it all well. She kept us on track, kept us moving forward, and smiled through every moment. We're grateful for the time she spent with us and can't wait to watch her flourish wherever her career takes her. Congratulations, Hannah!

Our Summer Fling taco party celebrated a whirlwind of recent activity at DSI!

👍🏻 We reached project milestones and completions.
🙋‍♀️ We welcomed new team members: Robin Webb as Office Coordinator and Olivia Moody as Office Assistant.
👋🏻 We said goodbye to our office at 455 Milledge after 12 awesome years. We look forward to the next chapter in our new location!

Please join us in welcoming Robin Webb as our new Office Coordinator! For nearly two decades, Robin has been a familiar face and a valued member of the extended DSI family. She was married to Scott Webb, our beloved Superintendent, whose leadership, dedication, and friendship left a lasting impact on all of us before his passing in 2022.

We look forward to the experience, care, and positive energy Robin will bring to DSI. Her warmth, organizational skills, and deep connection to our company make her a wonderful addition to our office staff.

Please give her a warm welcome as she begins this exciting new chapter with DSI!
